Newborn


I'm currently offering a variety of newborn sessions. One is the At Home Studio Session. Typically scheduled within the first two weeks of baby's arrival. I arrive with a small portable studio equipped with props such as swaddles, head wraps, sleepy hats, and ~15 backdrops for you to choose from. The first set up is on my beanbag where I help soothe baby into cozy poses where I can capture those close up details. Then, I switch to an overhead pose with baby swaddled and carefully positioned into a basket or bowl. A great time to add a sibling, pet, or special stuffy. Having a variety of baby portraits complete, I then invite parents to join for a backlit portrait. This session takes 2-3 hours and includes 15+ fully retouched photos delivered in a private online gallery.


The second option is an At Home Lifestyle Session. I recommend this session to take place within the first month of baby's arrival, but can really happen whenever you're ready! This session is meant to show you with your baby in your home. Candidly posed photos using baby's nursery, primary bedroom, or living room. I'm looking for natural light but I can also provide a studio light for those dimly lit rooms or an overcast day. These sessions take 1-2 hours and include 35+ photos delivered in a private online gallery.


The third option is a combination of both, Studio and Lifestyle. We'd try to schedule this within two weeks of baby's arrival. A great option if you want those close up portraits of baby but also want to capture the looks and feels of having your baby in your home with you! This session includes 50+ photos delivered in a private online gallery.
