It's listed!

After a few minor aesthetic renovations like neutral paint for the walls, updated hardware for the kitchen, and new light fixtures, the townhouse has been listed! I went in to photograph this home a few months ago, while the renters were still occupying it (as you can see a few posts back). The owners decided to hold off and do some minor updates before putting it on the market. As of yesterday, it's been listed and on Sunday there will be an open house! You can view the listing here.
