After a lot of discussion, trials with wash off tattoo's, she decided that she was going to get her ears pierced for her 8th birthday. Good ol' Mom and Dad forgot her ID papers, so we ended up spending two hours waiting our turn to get back in line. The first few of these photos are of her waiting. It was probably a good thing because we all became quite comfortable there. When it was time for her to get in the chair, she was more than ready! In my eyes, this is a big deal. She decided she wanted it, knowing it would hurt, and she went through with it. This kid used to be so shy and clingy. Never wanted to try new things or even let me out of her sight! Her bravery has sky rocketed over the last few years. I'm so proud of you, my lovebug!

I've been collaborating with a team called PHOTOLOGO for the past month or two. I'm really happy with the new design. They've been so patient with me, quickly responding to my emails and requests for revisions. I'm really happy with this final result! Excuse me while I update my site and make this transition.
I was recently asked to photograph the town of Hudson's Historic District by one of their selectmen. It took me two days to shoot it all. I got the detailed tour by Jimmy Quinn. He can give an entertaining tour, let me tell you! It was a fun, different shoot. I photographed the outskirts on a weekday, then waited to do the Main Street until Sunday morning when there was less traffic and parked cars. They received 325 photos. I used my Canon 5d Mark II with a Rokinon 14mm. I bracketed my focus and shot at f/8. I really enjoyed it! This shot of the Town Hall (above) was one of my favorites.
I'm not really hiding out. I just want to give my clients the chance to surprise their friends and families with the photos we made. It's killing me, believe me! I am so in love with the photos over this past season! From the foliage to the tree farms! As we start wrapping up, please keep me in the loop as to how your prints are coming out! I'm more than happy to help with making them as perfect as can be. And please share your cards with me! Tag me @tarasullivanphotography on Facebook or Instagram. I'm dying to see! One more thing... keep spreading the word! Your recommendations are priceless.
